1st Wargrave Beavers, Cubs, Scouts at the Wargrave Festival Fete
Saturday 29th June 2019, Mill Green.
It will soon be Wargrave Festival Parade and Fete! It’s a busy day for everyone and we need involvement from the everyone on the day:
- Beavers and Cubs will be in fancy dress in the Parade
- Scouts will staff a stall on Mill Green
- Parents of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will be selling teas and cakes in the Tea Tent
- Cubs will be needed to take the tea and cakes to the tables
Once again 1st Wargrave we will be running the Tea Tent at the Wargrave Festival. To make this event a success we will need your support please with the provision of cakes, parents serving on the day, and help of the Cubs (i.e. not Scouts or Beavers) as waiters. Cubs can remain dressed in the costume they have used for the parade, but we would appreciate it if they could wear their yellow neckerchief in order to make them easily identifiable as 1st Wargrave.
Please can all families provide me with a cake (home baked or purchased) and cover for a 30 minute slot in the tea tent (see table below):
