Dear Parents
After a really great weekend camping in the hut with the scouts I was pleased to be able to answer the question of “When can we do this again?” with “Very soon, and your whole family can come too!”
We are currently planning a family camp on 9th to 11th May at the Paccars Scout Camp in Chalfont St Peter. Attached is a letter with all of the details and the form I need to have back by Friday 4th April, if you want to join us.
As you will appreciate there is a lot of organisation involved with running an event such as this and we can only do so if we have your support and sufficient numbers, so sign up as soon a possible please!
