Dear Parents,

It is with regret that we write to advise you that we have decided to cancel the planned Family Day on 17th October.  The optional Scout Camp will also not take place.  Unfortunately we have had less than 30 people say that they can join us. Some of those families can join us for part of the day only.

Unfortunately this does not really make the event viable.  Previous Family Camps and Activities Days have attracted between 70 and 100 people.  We will try again next year and see if we can get a similar number next time around.
